RECRUITMENT OF CDEO (PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED) UNDER NRHM (On Contract)
Integrated District Health Society -Central a registered society under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 intends recruiting one CDEO (Physically Handicapped) under the Integrated District Health Society-Central (IDHS-C). The post is solely under the Integrated District Health Society-Central. The place of duty shall be in the health facilities/offices in Central District only. The remuneration offered is consolidated and fixed, without any allowances (unless specified). Candidates shall be required to submit the prescribed application form duly filled up, with two photographs and copies of certificates of qualifications & experience to be self attested as well as by a gazetted officer, two self addressed envelopes (10x4 ½ size) with postage stamps of value of Rs. 5/- and an attested copy of PH Certificate by self & a gazetted Officer in the District Store, 2E, Caxton House, Near Axis Bank, Jhandewalan Extn. New Delhi – 110055 from 18/04/2011 to 21/04/2011 between 10.00 am to 04.00 pm only.
The list of eligible candidates shortlisted for the skill test will be displayed on 06/05/2011 along with the venue, date, time and schedule of the test on the Notice Board of the District Programme Management Unit, 2E, Caxton House, Near Axis Bank, Jhandewalan Extn. New Delhi – 110055 and the website mark below. Crucial date for determining age shall be the last date of receipt of applications.
Candidates selected for the post will have to perform duties as allocated including rotational duties.
No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for attending the Interview/Skill Test.
The services in respect of the post shall be hired purely on contractual basis for a period of eleven months only. The contract agreement can be terminated by submitting (2) month’s remuneration in lieu thereof. However, the IDHS-Central reserves the right to terminate the contract with one month notice period.
Incomplete applications in any respect will be summarily rejected without any communication. Only the submission of the application form does not entitle for selection.
Chairman, IDHS-Central, reserves the right to cancel the interview process without assigning any reason before or during the process. The Department of Health & Family Welfare of Government of NCT of Delhi is headed by the Principal Secretary.
