Eligibility:
Those who have completed 10+2 class or Managers of telecentres run by organizations across the nation and the potential village level entrepreneurs
Objective:
1) To train Telecentre Operators/Managers to manage the their telecentres effectively
2) To improve the skills and knowledge base of existing Telecentre Managers
3) To create opportunities for the village community through the trained Telecentre Managers
4) To help bring public and private sector services to villages
5) To help generate self-employed opportunities as Village Knowledge Centre Managers
Fee: Rs. 4,000 (Four Thousand Only)

About IGNOU
The Indira Gandhi National Open University, (known as IGNOU) is a national university with its headquarters in New Delhi, Delhi, India. Named after former Prime Minister of India, Indira Gandhi, the university was established in 1985 with a budget of INR 2000 crore, when the Parliament of India passed the Indira Gandhi National Open University Act, 1985 (IGNOU Act 1985).
