REQUIREMENTS THE FOLLOWING POSTS FOR ITS UNIT SITUATED AT HUTTI, RAICHUR DISTRICT(KARNATAKA).

1) Sr. Manager (Materials) & Manager (Materials/Purchase)

Total Number of posts: Sr.Mgr- 1 & Mgr - 2

Grade: E-7 & E-6

Classification: 

Sr.Mgr - Cat II(b), Mgr- Cat II(a) -1, GM-1

Qualification/Experience: Sr.Manager-BE(Mech) with PG Diploma in Materials Management preferably from IIM or Any degree with MBA(Materials Management) from a reputed Institution preferably IIM with 15 years experience in Materials Management, out. of which 8 years in a Senior level. Manager-BE(Mech) with PG Diploma in Materials Management preferably from IIM or Any degree with MBA(Materials Management) from a reputed Institution preferably IIM with 12 years experience in Materials Management preferably from IIM, out of which 6 years in a responsible position. Age will be relaxed in case of exceptionally suitable candidates. Experienced candidates will be given preference. Knowledge of Kannada is desirable. Candidates will be entitled for the following perks and allowances :- Basic , Dearness Allowance (56.25%), Mobile Allowance, LPG Allowance, Bungalow Allowance, Transport Allowance Rs.8000/- p.a., Magazine Allowance, Exgratia Rs.15,000/- p.a. (variable), Conveyance Allowance, Contribution to Provident Fund (12%) , Gratuity, Policy with Medi.Asst Besides the above, Semi-furnished accommodation with TV pay Channel, free electricity with limit, free Medical facilities for self and family and LTC as admissible as per the rules of the Company. At the time of Interview, the candidates are required to submit passport size photographs and produce all original documents pertaining to education, caste, experience etc. Age and experience is relaxable in case of deserving and suitable candidates.

Hutti Gold Mines Limited (HGML) is a company located in the state of Karnataka, India and engaged in the mining and production of gold. It was first established as Hyderabad Gold Mines in 1947. It is the only company in India which produces gold by mining and processing the gold ore.[1][2] Owned by the Government of Karnataka, HGML has two plants located in Hutti and Chitradurga. HGML mines gold from its main gold mine located in Hutti and other satellite mines.[3] It is the first Indian member of the World Gold Council. Renukacharya, an MLA of the BJP is the Chairman of the company. The executive is headed by Dr.Chandrasekhar IAS and holds the post of Managing Director.
