COMEDK UGET 2011 Final Merit / Rank List Publishing 

The final merit / rank list is generated based on the scores in the entrance test and the same will be published on 07/06/2011. 

INTER-SE MERIT 

Ties in the test scores, if any, will be resolved based on the following order specified: 

For Medical/Dental candidates:

The principle of least negative responses (number of wrong answers) in 1) Biology, 2) Chemistry and 3) Physics

Aggregate marks in Chemistry and Biology in the Entrance Test

Marks in Biology in the Entrance Test

Age of the Candidate, the elder candidate is ranked higher than the younger candidate.

For Engineering candidates:

The principle of least negative responses (number of wrong answers) in 1) Physics, 2) Mathematics and 3) Chemistry

Aggregate marks in Physics and Mathematics in the Entrance Test

Marks in Mathematics in the Entrance Test

Age of the Candidate, the elder candidate is ranked higher than the younger candidate.

COMEDK Member Institutions will not accept any other qualification of entrance examination conducted by any other agencies to determine the inter-se merit. 

About COMEDK 

The Karnataka Private Medical & Dental Colleges Association, in their endeavour to offer an effective, fair and objective testing procedure to determine merit of students seeking admission to the member institutions, have formed “Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka” (COMEDK). 

COMEDK has been assigned the task of organising a common entrance test for the academic year 2011-2012. COMEDK entrance test & publication of test score and rank list will be followed by centralized counseling (Single window system).
