After submission of the application form online, candidates will need to take a print out of the completed form.
Download the form and fill by hand.
Request for an application form (in areas where internet connectivity is low) by writing to:
Admissions Cell, Azim Premji University, 134, Doddakannelli, Next to Wipro Corporate Office, Sarjapur Road, Bangalore 560 035
Enclose a self addressed A4 sized cloth backed or thick envelope with a postal stamp of Rs.50 accompanied with a request letter containing details of address, contact no. etc.
The application form, application fee payment challan and prospectus will be mailed back to you.
Selection Process
Eligible candidates will be required to write an Admissions Test. Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Personal Interview, following which admission offers will be made.
Written test: The written test will comprise of the following:
1) Multiple choice section that seeks to test English proficiency, logical reasoning and general and social awareness.
2) Descriptive or essay type responses to elicit the candidates’ views on social issues / dilemmas which will have to be answered in English.
3) Some descriptive or essay type responses which can be answered either in English, Hindi or Kannada.
Candidates should have Basic English writing skills.
Personal Interview: Candidates shortlisted on the basis of test performance will be called for a personal interview. Interview venues will be intimated post test results.
