How To Apply:

Application form can be obtained (A) from the University office on payment of Rs 500/- cash D. D. (for superspecialty programmes Rs 1000/-) (B) Through a requisition letter with name of course, opted for, detailed correspondence address with contact no. and e-mail address, along with a demand draft of Rs. 600/- (for superspecialty programme Rs 1100/-) drawn on any nationalized bank, in favour of “Register, Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth” payable at Pune OR (C) By downloading from the University Website. (The downloaded form shall be submitted along with a demand draft covering Form Fee + Test Fee + Postage Rs. 100/-)

Fees should not be sent by Money Order. The University shall not be responsible for any postal delay and loss. Late Fee for all courses shall be Rs. 500/-.

Note: (i) Information Brochure for MBBS/BDS can also be obtained from selected branches of Andhra Bank all over India after 25th January 2011. The list of Andhra Bank branches is available on the University Website. (ii) Information Brochures for other courses will be available in the University office and on the University Website.
