The application form can be downloaded from the university website http://www.cde.annauniv.edu/ . Apart from downloading, the form can also be taken obtained by post by paying Rs 700/- and if the application form is downloaded then the candidate has to pay Rs 640/- in the form of DD drawn under the favor of Director, center for distance education, Anna University Chennai.
